Learn What to Teach and How to Teach It

 Our Shine Yoga School 200 hour program is registered with Yoga Alliance and is designed to allow the teachings of yoga to unfold in a manner that is inspiring, uplifting & powerful! Whether it's for personal development, as a new career path, or just for the love of yoga, we're excited to start you on your journey.

We meet one or two weekends per month. Our typical schedule is,

Saturday 12:30-6:00PM and Sunday 12:30-4:30PM.

Diverse Yoga Styles

Our training focuses primarily in traditional Vinyasa Flow. We will also cover other styles such as Hot 26, Gentle and Yin styles of yoga. You will have the opportunity to choose the styles you want to pursue for teaching and personal practice. Choose one or choose all : )

Affordable Training

Our program is the most affordable in the area and we offer several payment plans to make this course accessible to anyone looking to further their yoga journey. We also give away one scholarship per year that covers your entire tuition and books.

Mentorship & Community

Spend a weekend out of the month with fellow yogis that are looking to deepen their practice and share their passion for yoga. These trainings form lifelong friendships with fellow students and instructors. Our instructors are always just a phone call away with any questions you have
